Audi confirms only 333 Audi A1 Quattro units to be produced

Powered by a 2.0 TFSI mill offering 256 hp at 6,000 rpm and 350 Nm of torque available between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm, it delivers impressive performance figures of 0-100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and a 245 km/h top speed.

Given that it is all-wheel drive (quattro), it will be equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a hydraulically actuated multi-plate clutch which rotates in an oil bath. There’s also an electronic differential lock obviously.

Equipped with McPherson front suspension and a four-link axle for the rear, it boasts a  direct 14.8:1 steering ratio. Exterior wise we find 18-inch cast alloy wheels in Glacier White finish, with 225/35 rubber. Now if you’re wondering what is with the strange choice of color for the wheels, it is because the Audi A1 Quattro will only be available in Glacier White metallic and features a high-gloss black roof with splashes of red and a two-colour spoiler.

So, who wants one?
