Nokia Lumia 1020 vs iPhone 5S: Stunning Cameras Wrapped The Trophy

Nokia has been chasing shadows in the smartphone industry. Despite that fact, they have shown steady growth over the last couple of years and now, Nokia has the resources to challenge every super-phone in the market. The company had just launched the Lumia 1020 and today, we are going to see how it will compare with the iPhone 5S.

There isn’t a big difference in size between the two devices. The Lumia 1020 has a larger 4.5” display that runs at 334ppi while the iPhone 5S has a 4” display that offers 326ppi. This confirms that the Lumia 1020 has a sharper display.

Under the casing, the latter is powered by a dual-core, 1500MHz processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Again, this is slightly faster than the 64-bit Apple A6 processor with 2GB or RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage featured on the iPhone 5S. Also, the Lumia 1020 keeps ahead of the iPhone 5S by offering support for microSD card that is capped at 64GB.

The killer blow is with the Lumia 1020’s camera, which is measured at 41MP rear and 1.2MP front. There is no way for the iPhone 5S’ 8MP rear and 1.5MP front to even challenge this.

All in all, it is a total domination by the Lumia 1020. If there is anything great about the iPhone 5S is the iOS. The system is simply smoother and much more secure than the Windows 8 OS.
