Mitsubishi is currently working to produce the Outlander Facelift and there is no doubt that it is going to be the best looking SUV in history. Better known as the Outlander PHEV, the vehicle has got its styling upgraded to appear more luxurious.
The front portion sees the Outlander PHEV coming with an X-shaped grille. The top ends of the X are where the headlamps are and beyond that are the rows of chrome-strips. The pattern ends at the half of the X before being continued with shades of black. Flanking the bottom points of the X are the LED spotlights that looks enticing.
Upon closer observation, car junkies should be able to notice that there aren’t any dividing lines in between the side fenders and the bumper. This completes the overall clean look that should appeal to the masses.
Over at the inside of the vehicle, everything is themed in black and burgundy. The seats, in particular, come with a bump cushion pattern that looks like designer chairs. The stitches are not hidden to give off the impression that everything is handmade.
Under the hood, Mitsubishi will be equipping the Outlander PHEV with a hybrid setup. The primary engine is tipped to be an EV that runs on 12kWh lithium ion battery. The second motor will be the 2L 4-cylinder DOHC MIVEC engine.
