iPhone 6: This Apple Better Roll Away From The Tree

Apple has been very busy lately and we heard that they have lowered production of the iPhone 5C by up to as much as 50%. So it seems that Apple messed up the launch. As they are cutting down production so soon after launch the chance of the device making a recovery is slim. So what does this mean for the iPhone 6?

One of the biggest problems with the release of the iPhone 5c could have been the timing of that release pointed out Valuewalk. The handset missed out on one of the biggest Chinese holidays. Of course another thing that went against it was the fact that it is in competition with its bigger and more impressive brother, the Apple iPhone 5S. Apple cannot afford to make another mistake like this with the iPhone 6. Therefore if they are planning on revealing an iPhone 6c they should do so after the release of the iPhone 6.

Perhaps a cheaper version of the handset could come out half way through the production cycle of the iPhone 6 and this could boost demand in a period of time that usually drops off before a new phone is released. This means that there would be a cheaper option for those who wanted it and a premium version.

Apple should work out what they are going to do with the iPhone 6 before it goes on sale. They will have to convince investors that they are not on the downward spiral and following in the footsteps of Sony, after all the iPhone 5C is the first failure Apple has had.

The iPhone 6 could do with being a new and fresh device with an exciting design and possibly a larger display.

Let’s hope that when it comes to the iPhone 6 Apple have broader horizons than they did with the iPhone 5S and 5C.
