2016 Honda Civic Styling: A Hit Or Miss?

Are you considering the 2016 Honda Civic or is it going to be a miss for you? Honda is coming back to reality with a new line-up that they are hoping is going to win back customers. But have they managed to do it with the new Civic?

The 2016 Honda Civic will be the 10th generation and it will arrive in 2017 and take on the Volkswagen Golf along with the Ford Focus. This is something that Honda hasn’t managed to do in more than a decade. When it arrives the car is going to offer more space, be more efficient and be packed with technology.

The 2016 Honda Civic is going to be made in Swindon and Honda has put more than £200 million into the factory for the production of the vehicle. Images have revealed that the car will have a more stylish and sleeker design with a front end that has been aggressively styled, headlights that are sleek looking and coupe like roof and rear end that is stubby.

We are expecting to see a dashboard that is cleaner looking with a touchscreen in the centre that is large and there is going to be lots of room in the back of the car. It is thought that the engine used in the 2016 Honda Civic is going to be the 1.5 litre i-VTEC petrol along with a 1.6 litre diesel version and six speed manual or CVT gearing.

It is thought that a 2.0 litre turbo petrol engine may take over from the 1.8 litre that is current and the price tag of the 2016 Honda Civic is thought to be around £16,000.
