2016 Chevy Camaro: No Longer A Muscle Car

The upcoming Chevrolet Camaro is going to be nothing like its predecessors. For years, the Camaro has been one of the best muscle cars around but the next-generation model is made to be a sports car instead.

This is because the Camaro does not have any muscles to exhibit. This is evident if car junkies are to refer to the leaked spy shots of the vehicle and it confirms that the Camaro is much smaller than before.

With a smaller structure, there is no doubt that the Camaro is also going to be lighter. In other words, the vehicle is better optimized for power, while also being more fuel efficient at the same time.

This is not surprising as Chevrolet has already confirmed that the Camaro will be built on the ATS platform that is used by the Cadillac ATS. The latter came out with a smaller body than before and the Camaro will be replicating the same characteristics.

Unfortunately, nothing more was revealed by the spy shots. This is due to the Camaro, which is well wrapped under thick camouflage, thus, making it impossible for anyone to predict the design features on the vehicle.
