2015 Nissan Murano Review: Mid-Sized SUV Matured

If looks could kill, then the latest Nissan Murano should be arrested for being a mass murderer. The SUV from Nissan has just been refreshed with an all-new model and it simply looks spectacular in every way.

There are four trim levels for consumers to choose from. They are the S, SV, SL and Platinum. In addition to that, consumers can choose between the AWD system and the FWD system. Prices for the Murano starts at $29,560 and is capped at $40,600.

Regardless of the choices made, the Murano is powered by a 3.5L V6 engine that is paired to a CVT transmission and this produces 260hp and 240ft-lbs of torque easily. This also returns a fuel consumption rate of 21mpg city, 28mpg highway and 24mpg combined.

In short, the Murano is a fuel savvy SUV that is decently powered. The Murano can accelerate really well but of course, it is not a racing vehicle. The tall driving height offers a splendid feel and cruising with the Murano is a breeze entirely.

There isn’t a lot wrong with the Murano except for the lack of engine options for the SUV. Regardless, the Murano offers a stylish design with a thoroughly comforting interior that ensures a great driving experience overall.
