Later this year, Ford will be launching a new-generation of Ranger and it will look to dominate the pickup truck market over at Asia Pacific. Even today, consumers in the region can already catch a glimpse at the upcoming Ranger as Ford has launched a teaser video of it.
Those that have viewed the teaser video will no doubt agree with us when we say that the future Ranger looks a lot like the recently launched Ford Atlas. Both pickup trucks somehow share the same design language and styling.
In detail, the Ford Ranger came out with the same larger grille, a restyled front bumper with new fog lights and more creases on the engine hood.
Perhaps Ford really wishes for the next-gen Ranger to be exactly like the Atlas. Both trucks can be said as twins but with different names to cater to the different market.
