Ford has confirmed that it will be launching a new generation of Ranger at the end of this year and the reveal was made together with the launching of the vehicle’s teaser trailer.
If you are to check out the video on YouTube, you will notice that the upcoming Ranger looks a lot like the latest Ford Atlas. It is as if both vehicles share the same design language.
In detail, the Ford Ranger is fitted with the same larger grille, a restyled front bumper with new fog lights and more creases on the engine hood. Perhaps, both the Ranger and the Atlas are two of the same pickup trucks but meant for different parts of the world.
If so, then the consumers over in the Asia Pacific region can look forward to an entirely powerful and economical pickup truck coming their way. The upcoming Ford Ranger is expected to dominate the region’s pickup truck market, just like how it is with the Ford Atlas.
