GTA 5 Player Ranks Unfortunately Reset After Latest Patch

Game developer, Rockstar, has certainly taken great care of its latest GTA 5. While there isn’t much problem with the Single Player mode, GTA Online is certainly a huge pile of problem for the game developer.

The latest update for the game has caused more complains than praises. Players are reporting on their levels to reset after receiving the update. For the players, it is either Rockstar fix the issue or they simply quit the game.

GTA Online has been released for so long now that having to grind for RP points is certainly a no-no for the players. While it might be both disappointing and frustrating at the same time, these players are prepared to call it quit.

However, Rockstar managed to respond in time. It appears that a handful of players were affected by the update. The game developer begged for the fans’ patience and offered a solution. Those who are affected will have to clarify their character with Rockstar. This can be done by providing their PSN ID or gamertag to the game developer. Rockstar will then give RP points to these players as well as all the unlocks that they’ve lost.

As for the update, plenty of fixes has been sent out focusing on GTA Online. To the horror of the GTA community, all the well-known exploits are now patched. The good news is that if you are killed when in passive mode, the murderer will pay your hospital bills.
