A lot of people think that the new Honda Ridgeline is not worth getting. Not only does it come with a smaller bed compared to rivals like the Chevrolet Colorado but it also has a lower towing capability as well.
While it might not be the tougher and most rugged truck around, Honda will be able to make up for that easily. Not only is Honda known for being reliable and the Honda Ridgeline will also come with a long list of in-bed features.
The Honda Ridgeline will be powered by a 3.5 liter VTEC six cylinder engine that will be delivering about 280hp and 260lb ft of torque. The Ridgeline will also come with features like an in bed audio system, in-bed trunk, 400watt power inverter, dual action tailgate and more.
Their rival, the Chevrolet Colorado, on the other hand, will come with a 2.5 liter inline 4 engine that will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission and will deliver about 200hp and 191lb ft of torque. The Colorado will return about 19mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway.
The Chevrolet Colorado will retail for $33,250 while the Honda Ridgeline will retail for $35,000. What do you think?
