Ever since GTA 5 got released, it has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. At one time, the gaming experience can be at the top, at other times, GTA 5 can be the worst game ever. With the bugs and glitches as well as hackers plaguing the game, Rockstar could very well scrap GTA 5 and look forward to GTA 6.
If so, the biggest question would be with GTA 6’s location. Since GTA is a global identity, majority of the fans are calling for it to depart the US and take place elsewhere. We might see GTA 6 located in Europe in particular.
Setting GTA 6 in an Asian country seems unlikely. Similar games like Sleeping Dogs and Just Cause are already based in Asia so it is safe to assume that Rockstar might want to avoid such an area.
With the capabilities of the next-gen consoles and digital gaming, the idea for GTA 6 to be in London seems highly possible. Heck, Rockstar might even add in Paris.
Despite that fact, the fans felt that Europe is too cultural, organized and civilized to host a GTA game. The country has to be brutal with violence on the street becoming a norm. Cities like Washington, Chicago and Seattle are more ideal locations.
Regardless of where it will take place, Rockstar has yet to disappoint the fans when it comes to creating a great GTA game.
