Video game trailers are not made for the sole purpose of teasing the fans. The short clips for the upcoming game, Kingdom Hearts 3, actually revealed quite a lot on the game. With them, fans can get a rough idea on what to expect in Kingdom Hearts 3.
For starters, the trailer that was unveiled at E3 has been confirmed to be the opening scenes for Kingdom Hearts 3. This also suggests that there will be two major plotlines coming to the game.
The first is with Sora, Goofy and Donald as they seek the seven guardians of light and the Key to Return Hearts. The second part involves Riku and Mickey as they search for other Keyblade wielders to assist Sora in the fight against Master Xehanort. Speaking of which, the antagonist will participate in a final battle with Sora before being defeated once and for all.
Aside from the plot, Kingdom Hearts 3 is also going to be massive. The fact that it will run on the latest Unreal 4 game engine means that the title is going to be big and enhanced graphically. Fans can already see on how much the graphics have improved through the trailers.
In addition to that, both Sora and Riku is spotted with new clothing and styling. Square Enix explained that both characters have grown up and matured, thus, they require a new look.
On a final note, the Keyblade weapon is also confirmed to come with some new forms. On one of the trailer, Sora is spotted to change his Keyblade into a pair of pistols.
