At this point in time, we have already given up hoping that the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 would be happening. To be fair, Chevrolet never really did announce that the concept was going to be turned into a production model but everybody assume that it would since it made a lot of sense.
Well, it looks like it did not make enough sense because it looks like the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 is going to remain just that, a concept. Truck fans have been hoping that Chevrolet would released the ZR2 production model but we have been waiting for years now and still no sign of the truck.
The concept that Chevrolet showed off a few years ago came running on a 2.8 liter Duramax turbo diesel four cylinder engine that delivered about 181hp and 369lb ft of torque. The concept came mated to a six-speed transmission. Do you think there is still hope?
