It is no secret that Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently in production and the fans have never stopped buzzing on the game for one second. Since Kingdom Hearts is the product of both Disney and Square Enix, fans can’t wait to see on the new Disney characters coming into the game.
Now that Marvel Heroes are acquired by Disney, there is a chance for players to see the likes of Hulk, Hawkeye and many other heroes helping Sora out in his adventure to defeat Lord Xenahort.
Looking back at previous Kingdom Hearts titles, fans have already seen the Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Tarzan, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lion King, Mulan, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan and many more featuring in the series.
Square Enix has made it clear that they will limit old characters from reappearing and instead, will work to add more new Disney worlds into the game. Also, the game developer did tease on how the popularity of the recent movie, Frozen, has raised some hopes of seeing the characters featuring in Kingdom Hearts 3.
Then there are the Marvel Heroes. One fan went as far as designing a scene in Kingdom Hearts 3 which saw Wolverine fighting alongside Sora. Of course, there will be many other characters like Captain America, Thor, Spiderman, X-Men, Hulk and even Iron Man that are favourites to come in Kingdom Hearts 3.
On the downside of things, Square Enix has yet to confirm on any Marvel heroes coming into the game. On the other hand, Square Enix did promise that they will try their best to at least see the Avengers making a cameo in Kingdom Hearts 3.
