The recently released Samsung Galaxy S5 is no doubt the best smartphone yet but no devices are perfect in every way. There are some departments where the Galaxy S5 fell short on and there is that 6-months old iPhone 5S to capitalize.

First and foremost is with the iPhone’s design. Without a doubt, the iPhone 5S is the best looking smartphone ever. It has that simplicity and premium look printed all over it. This is by far better than the plastic Samsung Galaxy S5.
Then there is a size. The iPhone 5S kept itself as a phone. The size is not too big and it is easier to hold on to for those with smaller hands. Of course, this might vary with the bigger built community.
The iOS updates are definitely more efficient to that on the Android. There isn’t a need to go through the hassle of some tweaking by the carrier. Also, an Android device expires rather quickly compared to the iPhones.
Android might have narrowed the gap with Apple but when it comes to apps, the iOS is still king of the realm with more applications to offer compared to the Android.
Finally, it is the fact that Apple keeps their possession within their territory. All of Apple’s devices are interconnected which buries the hassle on a task. Samsung on the other hand relied on the Android to heavily which made things more complicated.
