Range Rover surprised everyone when they announced that they are working on a convertible version of the Range Rover Evoque model. It was later speculated that Mercedes-Benz might also be working on one, if that is true, the convertible SUV will be going up against the Range Rover Evoque convertible.
So how will this Mercedes-Benz contender look like? Well, it was reported that Mercedes plans to use the GLC to compete with the Evoque. Artist Theophilus Chin has now come out with a new rendering of what he thinks the convertible Mercedes-Benz GLC will look like.
He took the top off the Mercedes-Benz GLC and also work on the body so that it only has two doors instead of four. The end result is an impressive Cabriolet model that would probably give the Range Rover Evoque a run for their money.
