Sony has released the PS4 in Europe and people flocked to be among the first to get their hands on the console. One person who made sure they got a console was Markus Persson, the creator of Minecraft, who goes by the name of notch on Twitter.
When he got himself a console he took to Twitter to brag about it and some users then asked him if he would buy the Xbox One. Notch lives in Sweden and said that the Xbox One wasn’t coming to that region until 2014. However he did say that he plans on buying the console when it does come out.
Adam Boyes from Sony jumped on the bandwagon and offered Notch a library of PS4 games all for free. Adam said he only had to name titles and strings would be pulled.
Notch stole the hearts of gamers when he denied the offer and said that he would buy the game the same as everyone else and then he could say “it’s mine”.
This got Notch a great deal of respect on Twitter as even though he is behind Minecraft and he is a big name in the world of gaming, he still has the gamer’s attitude.
