In light of April’s fool day, Frostbite 3 developers went on their Twitter page to play a cruel joke on Nintendo and its Wii U. The admin went on to tweet that the Frostbite 3 is now available to run Mario and Zelda on the Wii U console.
Things got spicier when the admin announced that Half Life 3 will be a Wii U title and the game’s netcode has finally been fixed.
The jokes appear to be referencing EA’s fallout with Nintendo which has caused many of its games to not come to the Wii U. This includes the upcoming Mass Effect 4 which is still in development and is expected to debut early next year.
