It is no secret that Gabe Newell promised to do an “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) at Reddit if the charity drive he was supporting managed to hit half-a-million dollars. To the fans excitement, it did.
Gamers from all corners of the world are now calling for Valve’s co-founder to come out of hiding and deliver his word. It is pretty obvious that most of the questions coming to Newell will be about Half Life 3.
The Half Life community are aware of Newell’s evasive manoeuvres. They are sceptical on Newell coming clean despite it being an AMA session. As such, it will be really interesting to see how much the co-founder reveals.
One Redditor known as BatuKertasGunting tried to calm the fans down by highlighting that an AMA does not mean “I’ll Answer Everything”.
All in all, it is still unknown to when this AMA session will take place. Fans are certainly hoping that it won’t be after Half Life 3’s release. In fact, they hope for Newell to not procrastinate at all as they are hungry for answers to the long-awaited, Half Life 3.
