Valve might be very secretive when it comes to Half Life 3 but even so, fans are still optimistic that the highly anticipated title will get released eventually. This is despite of the fact that they have waited more than a decade for Half Life 3.
Now, the fans are piling the pressure on Valve through spamming new conspiracy theories for Half Life 3. The fans hope that one of their self-made theories will end up to be true and force Valve to confirm that the game is indeed in production.
If so, then it will be like Portal 2 all over again. For those that are clueless on this, Portal 2 was announced after a fan discovered the game in the form of an Easter egg in an ARG title. The lad wrote about his findings in a conspiracy theory and it got Valve confirming Portal 2.
While it is unsure on whether lighting will strike twice at the same place for Half Life 3, the fans are giving the new method their best shot as they have nothing to lose in their attempt to force an announcement out of Valve.
