AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Users Are Screwed

For months now, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 users on AT&T have been tolerating with an issue on their device. Despite a sharp growth in the number of complains on this major issue, there has yet to be a fix coming for it.

The problem is with the Note 3’s GPS. Whenever a network switch occurs, the GPS will automatically disconnect. This often happens when users answer a call while driving. The same applies whenever the users plugs or unplug a micro USB charger on their Galaxy Note 3.

The Note 3 AT&T community are clearly frustrated with this and have started a petition on change.org to get a fixing. Today, things have gotten uglier. AT&T appears to be selling the same problematic device to its new customers.

It is a wonder on what kind of tweaking did AT&T do that have led to this scenario. The latest phablet from Samsung won’t have any problem if he/she is on another network.

On the other hand, fans can start rolling out the red carpet as the fix is about to come. It seems that AT&T is planning to roll out the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update, which will definitely see an end to the issue.

If not, then the major carrier better find a bomb shelter as the users will certainly run amok against the telcos.
