AnTuTu tests have revealed there will be two versions of the Note 4 coming out and these will have the numbers of SM-910C and SM-910S.
It seems that most of the specs of the two handsets will be the same. They will both have a Super AMOLED display of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The camera is to be 16MP on the back along with one of 3.68MP on the front. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of memory, plus SD expansion.
It was said that Android KitKat 4.4.2 will run the handsets, not Android 4.5 as was expected.
The difference with the SM-910C will be that it will have the eight core Exynos 5433 and this will come with the ARM Mali-T760 GPU.
The SM910S will have the quad core Qualcomm processor which will be the Snapdragon 805.
The Exynos 5433 and the Snapdragon 805 are equal as the former as the Big.LITTLE architecture, four of the cores work at a time.
However if you look at the scores of the benchmark, the Exynos Note 4 should outdo the Snapdragon. It was said though that in real world use this difference would not be noticed.
The Note 4 with Snapdragon will be the dominant one as it will be distributed around the globe. The Exynos Note 5 may be aimed at niche markets.
The Exynos Note 4 could have a curved OLED display.
More than likely the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will come out at the Berlin IFA gadget showcase as this sets the stage for the Unpacked 2 event during the first week in September.
