The 2017 Jeep Renegade is going to be given more power when it arrives and we have heard that the vehicle will be made available in a choice of two engines. These are the 2.4 litre Tigershark and the 1.4 litre Multiair which is going to be turbocharged.
The version that came out before the 2017 Jeep Renegade offers up 184 horses along with 240Nm of torque, while the 1.4 litre turbocharged is going to give 160 horses and 250 torque.
We also know that Jeep is going to be offering the 2 litre 4 cylinder turbocharged MJD II engine and we are expecting both of the engines to offer up the 9 speed automatic gearing.
The 2017 Jeep Renegade has taken some of its inspiration from the Jeep Wrangler. The SUV is going to arrive with a signature grille along with round headlamps, wide airdam, fog lamps and upright stances on a very powerful vehicle.
