The recently released High Life DLC for GTA 5 comes with a lot of new additions. Among them is the “Spectate Player” mode which many are not aware of.
Despite still being in its Beta stage, the “Spectate Player” mode enables players to keep an eye on a particular player. The gamer does not have to be in an apartment to spectate another player anymore. On top of that, there is no longer a restriction to a single lobby.
To enter the spectate mode, players have to go through GTA Online’s pause menu. Under ‘Online’, there is a list of spectating options that players can tweak.
If the player wishes to view their friends, navigate to Start Menu > Friends > Choose The Firiend > Spectate Player (BETA). The downside is that, the character that is being the centre of attention will be notified of the player viewing them.
Even when being a spectator, players can change view angles and switch the radio channels to keep them entertained. Go ahead. Give it a try.
