Lexus are currently busy creating the RX Facelift and it should be available later this year. Despite it being a mid-cycle refresh, the RX Facelift is said to come with a whole range of updates.
For starters, the future RX350 and RX450 will be given an entire new look. More importantly though, the perfomance level of the RX Facelift will have been improved from what we are offered by the current RX models.
That is because aluminium is used to build the RX Facelift. Lexus have made it clear that the weight of the RX Facelift has been reduced and the reason for that is that they have used aluminium. As the vehicle now weighs less, the vehicle will be more fuel efficient and more optimized for power.
Lexus are yet to provide us with performance figures for the RX Facelift. However when Lexux reveal the finished RX Lexus over the course of the next several months there will be more details to come.
