If you have an interesting idea for Fallout 4, it is best you email it to Bethesda immediately as there is a chance for it to feature in the game. This was suggested by Bethesda’s Pete Hines, who claims that everything in Fallout 4 is not finalized.
The employee from Bethesda revealed on his latest Tweet that ‘nothing is final until the game is done. It’s close though.’ The Tweet was a reply to a fan who is asking Pete on whether the UI shown in the trailer is finalized or not.
If so, it hints on more changes coming to Fallout 4. If the idea is fruitful and beneficial for the game, there is no doubt Bethesda will add in Fallout 4. We can expect Pete Hines to reveal when development is finalized.
