The next-gen Ford Focus RS is going to be the first model to debut here in the US. The sports hatch is being developed in Germany and it is expected to make its debut later this year.
The unfortunate thing is that Ford is still pending to share a release window for the vehicle. Last we heard from the carmaker, we learned some bad news involving the Focus RS. It is that the US model will be coming at a later date than the European model.
Of course, Ford didn’t specify on how long later is. Will the Ford Focus RS arrive here in Q4 or will it get delayed until early next year? We can’t tell for sure but when the Focus RS arrives, it will run on the 2.3L EcoBoost engine that is sourced from the latest Mustang.
