There are many signs pointing to E3 this year for Half Life 3’s announcement and if it does happen, here is how we want it to be like.
Perhaps, Valve’s Gabe Newell will take on the stage and address the future games that are in development. Then Gabe will stay silent for a minute leaving the crowd in suspense. He then raises his finger signifying the number 1.
Upon doing so, the crowd will start to get confused. Then, Gabe picks up a second finger signifying the number 2. Just when Gabe is about to lift up his third finger, the crowd took the hint as start going wild.
The lights will then go off and a narration read by the G-Man will be played on the speakers. The screens will then flicker and play a teaser on Half Life 3. When the attention went back on stage, Gabe is already gone.
Of course, this is just our idea for Half Life 3’s announcement. We don’t actually want it to happen like the above as it will only kill the element of surprise.
