The wait for Half Life 3 has already passed beyond the decade mark and there is still no sign of Half Life 3 coming. That was the case until today when every sign suggest that Half Life 3 is going to get announced on E3.
For the fans, they believe that this year’s E3 will definitely see Half Life 3 getting announced by Valve regardless of what the game developer says. Apparently, the fans were convinced after the Half Life 3’s logo surfaced on Steam by accident.
Unfortunately, Gabe Newell has a different view on this. The co-founder and brains behind the Half Life series spoke on a short interview yesterday that Half Life 3 is not in development and it won’t be making its debut anytime soon.
The thing is that Gabe still refuses to deny Half Life 3’s coming but at the same time, tried to rock the hype train by claiming that the game is still not in production. This is very typical of Gabe Newell and fans shouldn’t absorb his words with negativity.
After all, the hopes for Half Life 3 to get announced at this year’s E3 are strong and nothing Gabe says can ever change that. Besides, Gabe didn’t even write the E3 hopes as false.
