Sony Xperia Z3, Z3 Compact and Z2 users can start smiling now that the Android 5.0 Lollipop update has been released to them. Sony launched the update simultaneously yesterday and it was rolled out via OTA.
So if you are a Z3, Z3 Compact or Z2 user, you should receive a prompt on the update by now. If not, you can head over to your device’s settings and search for the update manually under the Software Update tab.
Upon doing so, you will get to enjoy the best Lollipop experience ever. This is because the Lollipop OS for the Z3, Z3 Compact and Z2 are fault-free and it makes the devices more pleasing to operate.
