After learning on the death of both voice actors for Master Xehanort, we don’t expect Kingdom Hearts 3 to be ready at least until next year. Even so, the signs are all still pointing to a 2015 release for the game.
The latest came from Amazon after it updated its inventory yesterday. The update saw the addition of Kingdom Hearts 3 and the ad came with quoted release date of 31 December this year.
Of course, the ad is nothing more than a placeholder and the cited date is placed with the hopes for Kingdom Hearts 3 to debut between now and then. Amazon is so confident that Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to debut this year that they are also taking in pre-orders for the game.
Unfortunately, Square Enix has yet to give a release window for Kingdom Hearts 3. As such, it is best to take the 2015 debut period with a pinch of salt. More details on the release date will surely come at E3 this year.
