Ford caught the entire world’s attention when it introduced self-parking mechanism on its cars. Now, Ford is becoming the centre of a buzz again and this time, it is for its new anti-skid technology.
In detail, the newly developed anti-skid component allows the car to stay one second ahead of a potential skid and it will activate the Enhanced Transitional Stability to ensure control of the vehicle. The mechanism works by independently applying brakes to the wheels in a manner which keeps the car straight on its path.
The new anti-skid technology is going to debut on the next-gen Focus that is due to arrive next year. Also, the technology will surely start on a new safety standard for every vehicle worldwide.
