Wii U vs PS4 vs Xbox One: Questioning 3rd Party Games Support

Unlike the Sony PS4 and the Microsoft Xbox One, Nintendo offers a different gaming experience in the name of Wii U. The platform has been selling well, but it is never a favourite for common and hardcore gamers.

This is due to one simple fact and that is the Wii U inability to support third-party games. By this, it means that the Wii U is always left out on AAA multiplatform titles like the Dragon Age series, the Elder Scrolls series, the GTA series and many more.

On the other hand, the Wii U is so much cheaper when compared to the Xbox One and PS4. Come Black Friday next week, the console will be retailing at only $299 with two free games included.

Aside from being cheap, the Wii U is unrivalled when it comes to offering superb exclusive titles like Destiny, Hyrule Warriors, Mario Kart and many more. Then again, that simply sums up everything that the Wii U can offer.

Multiplatform AAA titles, however, are always the buzz in the gaming community. This gives it an added fun to play on top of the vast and interesting content that the game has to offer. After all, everyone would rather get along and talk about GTA 5 instead of discussing on Mario Kart.

While the Xbox One and PS4 are clearly the favourites for a gaming machine, it is not possible to deny the Wii U as a fun platform that offers something unique. Like mentioned before, this is still not convincing enough for Xbox One and PS4 players to switch to Nintendo.
