Subaru took the covers off the new Subaru XV Concept. The concept seen here will be the base for the upcoming Subaru XV or Crosstrek. Like most of Subaru’s concept, this concept also came with a slightly over the top design and looks pretty impressive. The only question we have now is how much Subaru will be keeping?
We know Subaru has a habit of stray far from the original concept although we are hoping that this time, they will come out with a new Subaru XV that actually looks like the concept seen here.
The Subaru XV Concept came fitted with some extra elements like roof rails, aluminium skid plates, body cladding, bumpers as well as a modified grille. The Subaru XV production model should be arriving next year with a much more toned down design.
Our only hope is that Subaru would only tone it down and not change it completely although we won’t be surprised if they do. This is Subaru after all.
