Blizzard has released a new update for the StarScraft 2: Legacy of Void. Along with the update, Blizzard is also offering some of the contents of the expansion for free.

As reported by GameTral, some parts of the StarCraft 2: Legacy of Void will be free after the latest update. Players can now download the Starter Edition and try out some of the new features like the new units as well as the final content expansion.

Blizzard will also be opening up the first five mission of the single player campaign for free so that fans can try out and experience what the third expansion pack is all about before purchasing the game.

So far, the third expansion of the Starcraft 2 game has been getting some pretty positive reviews. The third expansion dwells deeper into the Protoss race this time. Players will also receive a few more new units for each race.
