Samsung has just released a new update for the Samsung Gear S2 smartwatches. Besides adding in a few apps, the update will also include a few new watch faces including one designed by Mendini.
The Gear S2 upgrade will also include a new ESPN app that will allow users to check out the live scores. There is also the new World Clock. The Contact app has been upgraded to include a new search function.
New emojis will also be added in with the upgrade. Some of the other changes include a new notification indicator that will inform the users when the watch loses its Bluetooth connection with the smartphone. The upgrade will also help fix some of the teething trouble the Gear S2 seems to have previously.
The update has already been released so check your Gear Manager if you have not upgraded your Samsung Galaxy S2 yet.
