Sony never really did admit that they are working on a new Playstation 4 but with all the rumors and leaks, Sony might as well just step out and announce the console.
The latest leak came from Giant Bomb who suggest that the new PlayStation 4.5 is codenamed Neo and that the name indicates that the new Playstation 4.5 might have something to do with VR.
It was reported that the new Playstation will come with an 8 Jaguar Cores at 2.1GHz, AMD GCN, 36CUs at 911MHz, as 8GB GDDR5 with 218GB/s. The spec is a huge jump from the current version leading many to believe that the games in the future will be split but it looks like that is not the case.
The report continues to say that future PS4 camea will come with two modes so that it can be playable on both the standard PS4 and the upcoming newer model.
