LG G Flex 2 Review: (Hell)bent On Pleasing

Last week during the CES event, LG became the centre of attention when it unveiled the Flex 2. The smartphone simply caught everyone’s eyes as it came out with a bendable curved display that actually works like wonders.

In detail, the 5.5” screen runs on 1080p resolution and it features P-OLED technology that is easy on the eye. The screen’s pixel density has tremendously improved jumping from 245ppi to a whopping 403ppi.

Of course, the G Flex 2 is not just about the curved display. It also features self-healing technology which sees any scratches disappear in less than seconds. On another note, the buttons are awkwardly positioned at the back of the device which left many eyebrows raised.

Nevertheless, the G Flex 2 is going to be a revolutionary device as it will be powered by a 64-bit 8-core chipset that is clocked at 2GHz. This is paired to 2GB DDR4 RAM which is faster than the existing mobile RAM cards.

The G Flex 2 is completed with fixed memory of either 16GB or 32GB. Also, the device has microSD support of up to 2TB. Other features include a 13MP rear camera which is tuned to shoot images like a pro.

Truly, the G Flex 2 is an amazing device to own. While LG failed to quote the price of the device, there is no doubt that the G Flex 2 is going to be expensive when it gets released in the coming months.
