Kia wants their customers to have the best of both worlds which was probably why they decide to produce the Kia Optima SportWagen model. Not only will their customers get to enjoy the practicality that the Sportwagen will be offering but they will also get to enjoy the new Kia Optima design.
Kia has now revealed what the Kia Optima Sportwagen will look like when it arrives and we are loving what we are seeing right now. We already got an idea of what to expect from Kia when a few leaked images surfaced.
The Kia Optima Sportwagen will be coming in with a higher body and a bigger cargo area. Under the hood will be a 2.0-liter SVVL engine that will be delivering about 163PS. There is also the 2.0-liter T-GDI engine that will be offering about 245ps. Kia will also be offering a 1.7 liter CRDi diesel engine that will be delivering about 141ps and will be mated to a seven-speed double clutch transmission.
The Kia Optima Sportwagen will be making its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show happening next month where more details will be released.
