iOS 6.1.3 & 6.1.4 Untethered Jailbreak Update We Love iH8sn0w!

There is excitement going around with news about the untethered jailbreak for iOS 7 along with iOS 6.1.3 and 6.1.4. iH8sn0w who develops Sn0wbreeze had been asking volunteers to give their kernel dumps for the Apple iPads said IBTimes. Now the untethered binary for the Apple iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and 5 is ready.

iH8sn0w got access to the kernel dumps of iOS 6.1.3 for all handsets and the iPads. This is what the hacker had to say on his blog:

“6.1.3 kernel is finally dumped. What follows next is finalization of the untether bootstrap. There is no knowing how long this will take but we’ll post an update when it’s done. Then the tool creation will follow after that. Again, ETA is still before 2014.”

The recent launch of the Apple iPad by Apple have gone towards the release of the bug fix update iOS 7.0.3 and this did surprise us as the timing was short. The update also comes with many enhancements and bug fixes for iMessage activation along with sensor data that was inaccurate.

MuscleNerd said recently that the update to iOS 7.0.3 was safe to go ahead and install and the iOS 7 jailbreak development has gained in momentum. It has been said that iHsn0w and winocm have been working hard on the untethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 for some time now.

However don’t get too excited as there is still a lot of work to be done before we can expect it to be revealed to the public. The dual jailbreak however for iOS 6 and iOS 7 do seem to be only a matter of time.
