Dodge Journey Recall Over Fluid Leakage

FCA will be issuing a recall to recall back the Dodge Journey after it was reported that the vehicle might have a fluid leakage issue.

According to the report by FCAm power steering fluids might leak when the driver starts the engine in extremely cold weather. With the Power Steering now having less fuel to work with, steering it might be a little harder.

Models that will be affected by the recall are the 2009 -2016 Dodge Journey. Dodge also added that the recall specifically affects those with engine block heaters or those living in places with a colder climate.

To fix this, Dodge will be replacing the parts on the affected models. A total of 10,944 models will be affected by the recall. According to FCA, no injuries or incident has been caused by the issue.
