Dodge Challenger AWD: Working On The Wrong Thing

While we are happy to hear that FCA is going ahead with their plans to offer the Dodge Challenger with an all-wheel drive system, we can’t help but feel that they are focusing on the wrong kind of update.

The Dodge Challenger and its current design have been around since 2008. FCA did give it a facelift for 2015 and that help make the Challenger look more relevant but it is still the same design. In the same time, Ford has already given the Ford Mustang three different designs.

It was initially believe that we will be seeing the Dodge Challenger get a new design by 2018 but there were reports saying that FCA will only be changing the design in 2019 or later.

But before all of that happens, it looks like we will be getting one with an AWD system first. It is believed that the AWD model will be making its debut later this year.
