To get a Top Safety Pick + from IIHS, you will need to have a Good and above rating is all the crash test and while some models are still struggling to achieve that, the Audi A4 seems to have no issue with it.
According to IIHS, the improvement done on the Audi A4’s allow the vehicle to perform better in its small overlap front crash test. The Audi A4 was given a Poor rating in the past but receive a Good rating now.
The Audi A4 also receive a Good rating for its moderate overlap front test, side, roof strength as well as head restraints test. IIHS also added that Audi A4 also came with a forward collision warning along with some other optional safety features that also help with the scoring.
All these allowed the Audi A4 to score the Top Safety Pick + rating from IIHS.
