Samsung Galaxy Note 4: The ’4′ Is For 4GB Of RAM Under The Hood?

This is following the Korean tech-company commencing the mass production of a 4GB DDR3 RAM that is based on a new 20-nanometer process. This major component will then be installed in devices once an output level has been reached. This is expected to happen late in Q3.

Last year alone, the Galaxy Note 3 came with 3GB RAM. It might sound like a cliché but the ‘3’ in the Note 3 might just represent the RAM size. This pattern might just repeat itself with the Note 4. On top of that, this new range of RAM is revealed to be 25% more energy efficient than the normal 25nm RAM.

The Galaxy Note line of device is something Samsung can be proud of. While it might not do as well as the iPhones, it sure managed to monopolize the phablet market.
