Capcom has already made it known that they are producing Resident Evil 7 but the announcement was met with little interests shown by the fans. This is understood to be because of the last Resident Evil trilogy, which has been disappointing to the fans due to it being a fast-paced action game.
Well, Resident Evil fans should start burying a hatchet since Resident Evil 7 is going to be massive. Capcom made a new announcement earlier today confirming that Resident Evil 7 will be a remake of the series’ first trilogy. Also, the game is said to make its debut on both the Xbox One and PS4.
If so, then this can only mean well for the fans since it suggests that the upcoming title will be returning to its horror roots like how the original first trilogy was. Furthermore, fans can look forward to many jump scares in Full HD resolution.
On the downside of things, Capcom failed to share on when Resident Evil 7 will get released. Nevertheless, fans can expect more reveals coming at E3 this year.
