The last we heard of the Resident Evil 2 Remake was when the developers announce that they will be remaking the game and that they plan to create it from the ground up.
There have not been any new details about the game since then but fans have speculated that the game could be arriving with the new Resident Evil 7 or come as a bundle with the new game based on the numbers on the screen in the first Resident Evil 7 demo.
Some fans were hoping that we would all hear more about the game at the Tokyo Game Show this year but all we got was another VR trailer for the Resident Evil 7. It looks like the developers are really working to keep the lid shut on the Resident Evil 2 Remake until they are ready to show it to the world.
As for now, it is believed that we might be getting a beta version of the Resident Evil 2 Remake early next year.
