Nexus 6 Status Doubtful Due To Android Silver Program!

The Google Nexus 6 is one of the most anticipated smartphone right now. Despite that fact, the status of the Nexus 6 development is in a rocky state since there is no concrete indication on it being produced. The chances for a Nexus 6 to happen grows slimmer upon knowing that Google has yet to spill any beans on the product.

With the Nexus 6 status clouded in mystery, more and more reports suggest that the smartphone won’t be coming at all. The latest came from @evleaks’ Evan Blass, who created a buzz after Tweeting that the Nexus 6 is no more. This is soon followed by another Tweet which revealed that the Android Silver Program is the cause of the Nexus 6’s cancellation.

Unless you’ve heard, the Android Silver Program is the next big thing from Google. It basically takes each and every model of an Android-operated smartphone and creates a Google Play Edition out of them.

While little is known on when the Program will be launched, Evan Blass revealed on his final Tweet that it will commence around February 2015.

Then again, it is still best to take the above with a pinch of salt. Regardless of how accurate @evleaks has been in the past with their findings, there is still no evidence on the Nexus 6’s cancellation. The Nexus brand has served Google well and we are pretty sure that the Search Engine giant will produce the Nexus 6 as the perfect closure to the perfect line of devices.
