If Microsoft were to come out with a smartphone they think is worthy enough to carry the Surface name, you would think that they would make sure that it also looked like the other Surface device in the market which is why we think this image could be a fake.
The image was spotted in Weibo. The person who posted it, Nokibar, claim that the device in the image is actually the Microsoft Surface Phone. There have been a lot of speculation about Microsoft looking to release a new Surface Phone but it was never confirmed.
He also added that Microsoft will be offering their customers three spec options. The low-end model will come with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The mid-range model will come with 6GB RAMa nd 128GB of internal storage while the top range model will come with 8GB RAM and 500GB of internal storage.
