While the Microsoft Lumia 950 is marketed as a smartphone, it is more than that. Unlike the Android and iOS, the Windows 10 is a whole different system.
Instead of working to offer us the best smartphone in the market, Microsoft goal seems to be all about offering us a smartphone that will work as a PC in our pocket and that is what separates them from the rest of the market.
The issue now is that people are not willing to give the Windows 10 smartphone a try on the basis that the Windows 10 app store is smaller and more limited than Android and iOS. While it is true that the app store does not have as many apps as their competitor, the fact is that most of the important apps are there.
We should be seeing a few more Windows 10 powered smartphone coming in this year and it will be interesting to see if Microsoft manages to pave a path for themselves or not.
